Strengthening Teams
360 Development Assessment with Individual Coaching
We believe the 360 Development Assessment with Individual Coaching is our most transformational, powerful offering. Focusing on development and not on evaluation, LHE conducts 360 assessments for each member of the team. The 360 Development Assessment contains a self-assessment, supervisor’s assessment, peer assessments, and assessments from 8-10 employees the team member supervises.
Once the 360 is completed, we provide the team member with a confidential Feedback Report and four coaching sessions. We are confident the President, CAO, and other team members will observe positive growth by the end of the coaching sessions.
