DISC – Discovering how Leaders Behave

Motivators – Discovering the Core of Motivation
Just as the DISC assessment gives insight into “how” you behave, the Motivators assessment explains “why.” Motivators are the reasons we want to act. They help you better understand your value hierarchy or belief system. Motivators filter and guide decisions specifically toward the results that reflect them, and they combine uniquely to influence priorities and decision making. Motivators reveal your viewpoint, your mindset, and your paradigm of thought.
Leadership Effectiveness 360
Leadership Effectiveness is a 360-assessment tool that strengthens high performing teams by measuring eight domains of leadership: Communication, Decision-making, Delegation, Emotional Intelligence, Managing Change, Setting Goals and Standards, Team Building, and Visualizing the Future. The instrument can be used as a self-assessment or as part of a team’s formative evaluation.
