Virtual Leadership Partner
Have you ever felt there needed to be two of you? As higher ed leaders take on more responsibilities, leadership development is often moved down the list in favor of the urgent. Leading Higher Ed can help. If you have organized new teams to help with new initiatives or have existing teams that need a boost, we can help.
Examples of how we have worked with other teams include:
• Helping teams move forward with the Strategic Plan.
• Developing values, goals, and action plans for new teams.
• Providing ongoing leadership training for new and existing teams • Developing an understanding of and appreciation for different work styles and communication preferences of team members.
• Working with multiple team leaders to develop goals and strategies for achieving institution goals such as student success and enrollment growth.
